About the Role

As the African market continues to expand, Infosim is seeking a freelance Solution Engineer (m/f/d) starting from July 2026. This role is crucial for strengthening our presence in and around Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical expertise and telecommunications knowledge to help customers unlock the full potential of Infosim's products.
• Support customers throughout the installation, rollout, and integration phases, ensuring successful implementation of StableNet in complex network environments.
• Act as a technical advisor to the Sales team, supporting the preparation of tender offers, responding to RFIs and RFQs, and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
• Work within an international team of approximately 15 experts.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of large IT and telecommunications networks.
• Comfort working with technologies such as SNMP, IPv6, Kafka, or comparable tools and protocols.
• Ability to write small scripts for technical tasks, automation, or troubleshooting (in-depth programming skills are not required).
• Strong communication and English language skills are essential for this customer-facing role.
• Enjoyment of working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and explaining technical concepts clearly and practically.
• Willingness to travel for regular on-site customer visits.
