What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM Recruiters focused on Post-Sales and Marketing hiring.
  • Define and drive team goals related to pipeline quality, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Maintain visibility into pipeline health, identifying and communicating risks and recommendations.
  • Champion recruiting process excellence, ensuring consistency in interviews, calibration, and offer strategies.
  • Develop and refine frameworks for evaluating candidates for specialized and leadership roles.
  • Contribute to recruiting enablement, onboarding, and the professional development of your team.
  • Partner with Recruiting Operations, Compensation, and Finance on headcount planning and capacity modeling.

Where You'll Work

  • Locations: New York, San Francisco, Salt Lake, or Vancouver.
  • Model: Hybrid, with three coordinated in-office days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).
  • Flexibility: Up to 4 weeks per year of fully remote work.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies.
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading GTM recruiting teams.
  • Proven ability to develop recruiters through direct feedback, 1:1s, and team building.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pipeline data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience recruiting in a post-acquisition or organizational integration context.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: CA$148,800 - CA$186,600 annually.
  • Starting base pay will vary based on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
  • Equity and other compensation may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
