About the Role

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will perform essential on-site or remote monitoring visit activities. Your primary focus will be to ensure that investigational sites are adequately equipped and staffed to conduct clinical studies throughout their duration. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and success of our clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site or remote Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out monitoring visit activities.
  • Ensure facilities and staff at investigational sites are adequate for study conduct.
  • Identify investigators and verify their qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment, and staff adequacy.
  • Train investigational site staff as necessary.
  • Support the preparation of regulatory and/or Ethics Committee (EC) submissions, when applicable.
  • Participate in mentoring and training new staff, including conducting co-monitoring visits to assess junior staff performance.

Qualifications

  • College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Extensive on-site monitoring experience in Phase 2/3 trials, ideally with experience in complex trials within oncology or rare disease.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Ability to plan, multitask, and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally.
  • Preferably based in Florida.
