Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking Werkstudenten (working students, min. 16 hours/week) to support our Research & Development team in Berlin. You will contribute to research and innovation projects, including the application for funding. If you are enthusiastic about sustainability and innovation, and possess a structured approach to your work, we encourage you to apply.

Your Tasks

• Support the development and application for research and innovation projects through activities such as conducting research, creating project outlines, formulating funding proposals, and preparing relevant documentation. This includes writing and revising technical texts and presenting complex information in a clear, target-group-oriented manner.
• Research suitable funding programs and potential project and cooperation partners.
• Analyze trends and development potentials in the field of circular and digital construction.
• Actively participate in our research and innovation projects, coordinate with relevant project stakeholders, and contribute your own ideas for the further development of our projects and processes.

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing a degree in a field related to sustainability, construction, environment, innovation, technology, science management, or a comparable area.
• You enjoy research, think analytically, and have a passion for writing.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English.
• You are open to occasional travel for projects and events.
