Your Role

Think Academy US is seeking a Full-Time Learning Consultant for its Elementary and Middle school courses. In this remote position, you will provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring their students' academic needs are met effectively. This role demands strong communication, rapid problem-solving, and a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training to master the company's educational products and user needs.
• Address client inquiries regarding course offerings, schedules, teaching methodologies, and registration.
• Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce courses and communicate the institution's value proposition.
• Build strong relationships with parents by understanding their children's academic requirements and recommending suitable programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets and enhance resource conversion rates.
• Monitor sales performance and adapt approaches for optimal results.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of enrollment and program delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Teaching or Education is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with exceptional communication skills for engaging parents and students.
• A genuine enthusiasm for education and student success, with empathy for parents' concerns.
• Demonstrated responsiveness to tasks and deadlines, maintaining a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
