Role: Legal Consultants – Energy, Oil & Gas
We are seeking experienced Legal Consultants to join our team and support multiple Fortune 500 clients within the energy, oil & gas space.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with legal and business teams of our F500 clients to assist internal stakeholders in achieving company goals.
- Provide practical legal advice and commercially tailored support on a wide spectrum of energy/oil & gas related matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on various agreements, including those related to bids and tenders, new market entries, project financing, EPC contracts, and other operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework and maintain/update documentation on regulatory requirements.
- Manage and resolve complex joint-venture obligations in the company’s best interest to mitigate potential claims and risks.
Requirements
- Ideally 4+ years of experience within the energy, oil & gas sector, gained either in private practice or in-house.
