Legal Consultant – Technology (Part-time)

About the Role

We are seeking a lawyer with expertise in technology law/commercial contracts for a part-time role supporting our F500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with legal and business teams of F500 clients to provide essential support in technology law and commercial contracts.
• Draft and negotiate a wide array of tech-related commercial agreements across diverse business lines.
• Ensure documentation is maintained and updated in line with the most recent regulatory requirements.
• Advise business clients directly and provide practical solutions for various corporate policies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• A legal practitioner with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in technology law.
• Alternatively, experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts within the tech sector.
