Legal Consultant – Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a lawyer with technology law experience to support our F500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the legal and business teams of F500 clients to support internal stakeholders in line with company goals.
• Provide practical, commercially tailored legal advice across various business lines.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of tech-related agreements, including inbound/outbound licensing, software development, services and consulting, IT and business process outsourcing, and SaaS agreements.
• Advise on legal issues associated with the development, implementation, and use of existing/new technology products and services as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Legal practitioner with 2-10 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
• Experience advising on a wide spectrum of technology-related legal matters (e.g., e-commerce, Cloud, FinTech, other technology products and services).
• Experience gained either within private practice or in-house.
