Legal Consultant – Derivatives

About the Role

We are seeking Legal Consultants with Derivatives experience to join our ranks and work with our F500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise business clients directly, providing guidance and practical solutions related to the evolving financial regulatory environment.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation for both sell-side and buy-side clients.
• Assist with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes.
• Advise on risk mitigation strategies and maintain up-to-date regulatory standards.
• Assist with the development of new products and markets where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

• Legal practitioner with ideally 2+ years of experience within derivatives or structured products.
• Experience gained either within private practice or in-house.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptability to new situations and work environments.
