Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts

We are seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Commercial Contracts to collaborate with our F500 clients. This role is designed for legal professionals who excel in providing commercially tailored support and practical legal advice within dynamic business environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the legal and business teams of F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support.
• Offer practical legal advice on transactional matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and agreements across various business lines.
• Maintain and update documentation to comply with the latest regulatory requirements.
• Advise business clients directly and provide guidance on corporate policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse commercial contracts.
