About the Role
This position is designed to provide direct support to Vodori's Implementation Managers. You will be involved in various aspects of customer onboarding and implementation, including coordination, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training preparation, documentation, and other customer-facing enablement activities. While you won't be expected to lead complex projects independently from the start, you will gain valuable experience working with enterprise clients, mastering software workflows, supporting project delivery, and ensuring successful user adoption of Vodori's platform.
This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation support, software support, training coordination, or similar client-facing roles within the SaaS or enterprise software sector.
- Contract Duration: Potential for 3ā6 months, with opportunities for extension or direct hire based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Support Implementation Managers with customer onboarding and implementation projects.
- Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking implementation tasks.
- Support UAT preparation and execution.
- Aid in testing activities and validation of customer configurations and workflows.
- Prepare and update training materials, user guides, documentation, and support resources.
- Assist with customer training preparation and, where applicable, support training sessions.
- Help collect, organize, and follow up on customer inquiries and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support.
- Support customers during onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to product adoption.
- Maintain accurate records of implementation progress, outstanding items, and customer readiness.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience in customer onboarding, implementation support, customer success, software support, training coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Comfort working with SaaS, enterprise software, digital platforms, or business-critical systems.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage follow-ups, documentation, and multiple workstreams effectively.
- Good understanding of customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software products and workflows.
- Comfortable supporting UAT, testing, documentation, and training delivery.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mandarin Chinese, or Russian.
- Experience working with international teams and enterprise customers.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, medtech, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Veeva or similar workflow/content management platforms.
- Previous exposure to software implementation projects.
