The Role
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and solving meaningful client problems. You will work across the entire product, collaborating with a dynamic team, and have significant autonomy in making key product decisions. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead structured discovery to understand client needs through feedback, data analysis, and user interviews.
- De-risk complex problems by finding the most efficient ways to gather necessary information.
- Identify and articulate high-impact areas for product focus and prioritization.
- Create clear, well-reasoned product specifications for design, development, and AI teams.
- Maintain project momentum, manage scope tightly, and prioritize iterative development.
- Thoughtfully utilize AI tools to accelerate your work and inform product decisions.
- Partner directly with designers and developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Define, track, and communicate success metrics for shipped features.
- Develop and document efficient processes to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
Your Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years of directly applicable Product Management experience with a portfolio of complex B2B or SaaS applications.
- Highly organized, self-managing, and effective at prioritization.
- Comfortable in technical discussions, with familiarity in programming and query languages for research.
- A bias for shipping and learning, comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out.
- Excellent instincts for identifying leverage points in systems and problem spaces.
- Ability to think in terms of sustainable and scalable systems.
- Strong data analysis skills to separate signal from noise.
- Proven experience collaborating closely with design, marketing, and development teams.
- Proficiency in leading discovery work, including user research and competitive analysis.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with booking/scheduling software for service-based businesses.
- Experience with Figma and Posthog.
- Familiarity with reading Ruby on Rails code.
