As the founding US Talent Partner, you will be the first dedicated talent acquisition hire for the US market, responsible for establishing and scaling the US hiring function. You will own the strategy and execution of attracting and assessing talent for Sona's New York and Austin offices. Reporting to the UK-based Head of Talent, you will collaborate closely with the US-based CEO, Head of North America Sales, and other key leaders. This role demands high ownership, a proactive approach to building processes in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, and the ability to innovate, particularly by using AI to enhance hiring speed and quality.
