Your Role

As a key member of the IT team at Lunecon, you will be instrumental in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our clients' IT infrastructure. You'll tackle a variety of challenging projects, ensuring the smooth operation and security of their systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute projects, migrations, and changes involving Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, storage systems, Windows Servers, Remote Desktop Services, and File Servers.
• Build, configure, and expand networks, including routing, switching, and VLANs.
• Implement IT security projects and enhance networks with firewalls.
• Establish VPN site-to-site connections.
• Support and expand existing IT infrastructures.
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues (on-site and off-site).
• Integrate and evaluate new technologies.

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable IT qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of IT system planning, installation, and configuration.
• Expertise in setting up and managing networks and servers.
• Competence in analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems.
• Proficient in IT security measures and firewall configurations (e.g., Securepoint).
• Experience implementing and maintaining cloud solutions (Microsoft Office 365 / Azure / Intune).
• Good communication and teamwork skills for client consultation and collaboration.
