Our 2nd-Level Support is divided into two teams. In the "Application & Infrastructure" team, we handle complex disruptions in various applications as well as in the underlying infrastructure, ensuring everything runs stably and smoothly in the background. When challenges arise, we analyze the cause, find pragmatic solutions, and work together to ensure our customers can rely on their systems and applications at all times.

We are on a growth trajectory, so we are delighted to welcome new colleagues to support our 2nd-Level Team "Application & Infrastructure" remotely across Germany (home office or coworking space) or also at our Berlin office.

Your Responsibilities

• You remotely handle complex incident tickets in the areas of Application & Infrastructure, with a focus on the Microsoft environment and various healthcare applications.
• Your tasks include, among others, restoring folders, expanding virtual system resources, and supporting standard and customer applications in a Windows Server, Terminal Server, and Citrix environment.
• For customer application updates, you coordinate dates with customers and service providers, meticulously prepare updates to minimize downtime, and install and distribute updates via images.
• In direct telephone contact with our customers, you independently research all necessary information, communicate in a service-oriented manner, and keep them informed through regular status updates.
• Through careful documentation, targeted knowledge transfer, and effective internal communication, you actively contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient support.

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
• You have three to five years of experience in the administration, installation, and support of applications such as DATEV, MediFox, Sage, StarMoney, DAN, or comparable applications in the healthcare sector.
• Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Microsoft and/or Citrix environments, as well as in the installation of applications in client/server environments and on provisioned systems.
• Your profile is rounded off by a strong service orientation and very good German language skills, both spoken and written, at least at C1 level.
