Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of internal talents.
• Assist in identifying and securing new cooperation partners.
• Learn to manage inquiries and create offers.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of market pricing and negotiation strategies, with opportunities to apply negotiation skills (with guidance) and negotiate with vendors and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Understand contract structures within the industry, identify potential pitfalls, and begin reviewing contracts.
• Support Artist Managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents and assist in their realization.
• Act as a liaison between talents and partners, planning their engagement and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and broadcasts.
• Initially, you will be in a supporting role, with responsibilities gradually increasing based on your development.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum internship, working student position, or vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing (e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency).
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
