The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to structure and reliably manage our land acquisition processes. This role is crucial for the successful development of our renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for the overall steering and monitoring of all land acquisition and wayleave procedures, working closely with field teams, internal departments, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the steering and monitoring of all land acquisition and wayleave procedures.
  • Close coordination with the field service team (land acquisition agents) and internal departments (Legal, Project Development, Permitting).
  • Accompanying and quality assurance of contract negotiations for lease, permit, and servitude agreements.
  • Creation of project plans, status reports, and KPI reporting to management.
  • Maintenance of the land register and deadline management (options, terms, renewals).
  • Point of contact for notaries, authorities, and land registries.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical and business studies, e.g., Industrial Engineering with a focus on Project Management, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental Technology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in project management – ideally in land acquisition or the energy sector.
  • Knowledge of land registry, property, or contract law is advantageous.
  • Proficient use of project management and document management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured approach to work.
  • GIS knowledge (QGIS, ArcGIS) is desirable.
