Shopify Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) - Teilzeit 20-30h

About the Role

We are seeking a specialized Shopify and API Integration Specialist to drive technical excellence in our e-commerce operations. You will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our Shopify infrastructure, integrating our Xentral ERP system, and building robust data pipelines. This role requires a deep understanding of how technical solutions directly influence sales and operational costs, offering a chance to make a significant impact on our business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Shopify Infrastructure & Technical Development: Lead the technical aspects of our Shopify store, including theme development (Liquid), custom app creation, API integrations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Manager to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Xentral ERP Integration & Automation: Manage the technical configuration of our Xentral ERP instance, focusing on seamless integration with Shopify, developing automation rules, implementing custom adjustments, and resolving technical issues.
• API Integrations & Data Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain integrations between Shopify, Xentral, Klaviyo, and other systems. Focus on data accuracy, synchronization, and automating manual processes.
• Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring they are understandable for future team members or external partners.
• Proactive Problem Identification: Identify and report potential technical risks before they impact operations, recommending solutions to prevent bottlenecks and ensure system stability.

Your Qualifications

• Must Haves:
• Proven experience in Shopify development and maintenance (Liquid, Custom Apps, API integrations).
• Experience working with at least one ERP system (Xentral, Navision, SAP, etc.) at an API level.
• Professional proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, PHP) and experience with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of databases, including writing queries and diagnosing integration issues at the database level.
• Demonstrated self-reliance and ability to structure and manage remote work effectively.
• Nice to Have:
• Direct experience with Xentral (APIs, automation rules, Xentral Cloud).
• Knowledge of Shopify Plus and B2B functionalities.
• Experience with Klaviyo API or similar marketing automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps / CI/CD for Shopify deployments.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or wholesale sectors.
