The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to establish and lead the social media department from scratch. You will have significant creative freedom and the opportunity to define your own responsibilities within a newly developing area of the company. The goal is to transform how HeBu Investment GmbH presents itself online, moving from a lack of visible social media presence to a vibrant digital storytelling approach.

Your Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage the editorial calendar, independently defining formats and themes.
• Content Production: Independently capture video and image material, including on-site at events and shoots.
• Post-Production: Edit, process, and refine video and graphic content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Vlogs, Podcasts), and LinkedIn.
• Posting & Channel Management: Publish and schedule content across all designated channels.
• Community Management: Actively engage with the online community, respond to comments and DMs, and foster interaction.
• Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Project Management & Administration: Coordinate content projects and manage related organizational tasks.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management, ideally with agency background.
• Solid expertise in content strategy and production (video and graphics).
• Proficiency with common graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or similar).
• Hands-on platform expertise for Instagram and TikTok.
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to participate in occasional shoots and events, with moderate travel readiness.

Advantageous:

• Completed vocational training or university degree in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
• Experience with YouTube formats (Vlogs, Podcasts).
• B2B experience on LinkedIn.
