Through sprints and incubators, boOst supports startups in their initial growth phases and assists them in scaling internationally via a strong global network. They are committed to bringing the regional startup ecosystem onto the global map.

The Role: Marketing Assistant

Join the boOst marketing team and work closely with the Graphic Designer & Content Creator. You will play a key role in shaping boOst's narrative on Instagram and LinkedIn, managing community engagement, and supporting daily creative output. This is a practical, hands-on position perfect for building a portfolio in startup marketing, content, and design.

Your Tasks

  • Write engaging captions for Instagram and LinkedIn posts.
  • Plan and schedule posts and stories regularly.
  • Manage the community by replying to DMs and comments, engaging with relevant accounts, and following up on inquiries.
  • Support content production, including simple graphic work using Canva, Figma, or Adobe (templates will be provided).
  • Assist with broader marketing tasks such as content calendar maintenance in Notion, basic reporting, and campaign coordination around events.
  • Occasionally provide on-site support at events, assisting with photo handovers, story coverage, and community interaction.

Requirements

  • Strong written German and English skills (C1+), with the ability to write in a clear, human, and non-corporate tone.
  • A genuine interest in startups, design, and content marketing.
  • Reliable, self-organized, and capable of taking ownership of recurring tasks.

Bonus Points:

  • Photography/video editing experience.
  • Knowledge of Notion.
  • Prior community management experience.
