Team Manager - Performance & Operations

About the Role

Join a world-leading provider of contact center services in a full-time, permanent position based in Barcelona. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in team management and a passion for driving performance excellence.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Performance Excellence Management: Present and analyze performance and forecast figures to all stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor performance, build action plans for improvement, and be responsible for performance improvement plans and appraisal reviews.
• Sales Strategy: Build sales strategies and monitor their execution and effectiveness.
• Team Development: Accountable for team member development, career path clarity, and coaching direct reports and second-level reports through 1x1s and other development activities.
• Operational Efficiency: Responsible for operating profit, ensuring the most efficient operation possible, including financial forecasting.
• Employee Satisfaction: Responsible for employee satisfaction and execution of motivational and engaging plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and engage different stakeholders towards the improvement of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Manager.
• Excellent level of English.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated people motivation and development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing.
• Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
