About the Role

As a Project Manager for Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) in the Hamburg region, you will take project responsibility for national automation projects with a focus on electrical engineering. This role offers the potential to manage major projects and eventually lead the branch office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage national automation projects with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • Ensure cost, quality, and deadline compliance for projects.
  • Guarantee adherence to customer standards and norms (VDE).
  • Conduct internal & external project meetings.
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects: invoicing, change management, budget planning, controlling, cost negotiations, and reporting (internal/external).
  • Participate in technical sales and customer support.
  • Process customer inquiries and prepare customized offers.

Qualifications

  • Education and further training in electrical engineering (Technician, Master Craftsman, or Engineer (FH/Uni)).
  • Experience in automation technology, preferably in the field of liquids.
  • Experience in project management or project coordination, ideally with leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and a "can-do" mentality.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming is an advantage.
  • Ideally, knowledge of IT security for industrial plants.
  • Willingness to travel within Northern Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Bremen, and Hamburg.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is desirable.
