Why This Role is Important

The Accounts Receivable team is expanding to provide efficient support. As a Senior Billing Specialist, you will be critical in ensuring accurate and timely billing for a select group of customers, supporting positive relationships and the organization's financial health.

What You'll Do

• Review and process invoices for a select portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for billing-related inquiries, providing exceptional support and timely resolution.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, following up on outstanding balances and escalating as needed.
• Reconcile billing data between the Field Nation platform and accounting ERP Netsuite.
• Analyze and provide weekly and monthly reporting on assigned customer accounts to management.
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance billing efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Exceptional proficiency in oral and written English.
• 3+ years of previous accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience with a high degree of comfort with public speaking.
• Ability to work night shift.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce and Netsuite knowledge is a plus.
• Experience communicating by phone with English-speaking customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time, Hybrid
• Office Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh
• Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week)
• Working Hours: Generally range from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (can vary due to US daylight savings).

Salary Range

• BDT 70,000 - 95,000 (Monthly)
