Template Design & Input Management

  • Build and manage budget input templates for department leaders.
  • Pre-populate templates with historical data and relevant context.
  • Ensure templates are simple, consistent, and easy to use for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Consolidate submitted inputs into a standardized format for use in the core model.

Budget Process Support

  • Track and manage input submissions across departments.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely and complete inputs.
  • Support iteration cycles by updating and consolidating revised inputs.
  • Help maintain organization and version control across multiple workstreams.

Education and Skills

  • 4–8+ years of FP&A, accounting, or finance operations experience.
  • Strong NetSuite experience required (data extraction, reporting structure, account mapping).
