WHAT YOU DO

• You are more than just a copywriter – you transform briefs into Big Ideas. You think not in posts, but in creative worlds. From the initial idea to the final concept, you independently develop social campaigns for one of our hero accounts in consultation with your Creative Lead – thoughtfully conceived, platform-appropriate, and ideally award-winning.
• You independently present your ideas in presentation format and are capable of presenting them to clients and stakeholders.
• You write strong scripts for diverse topics and formats, always within the brand identity.
• You work closely with various departments.
• You act as a sparring partner for junior and mid-level creatives and contribute to the creative development of the account with your work.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Several years of professional experience as a Copywriter or Concept Creative – ideally in an agency with a social-first focus.
• Team spirit and motivation to drive ideas and projects forward.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your conceptual strength and your flair for language and ideas.
• (Classic) copywriting skills and an understanding of how to speak and communicate on social media.
• A comprehensive understanding of brand worlds and the ability to deliver convincing creative output within them.
