About the Role

Do you want to develop software that creates real added value for customers in their daily use? In our Professional Services team, you will develop individual solutions for our platform and work with experienced colleagues on challenging customer projects.

You won't be working on a blank slate but developing solutions for real customer requirements within existing system landscapes. This requires technical curiosity, analytical thinking, and the willingness to delve into complex contexts.

This role is aimed at developers who have already gained practical project experience and want to take the next step in their professional development.

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation of customer requirements into tailor-made and sustainable software solutions
• Development of individual extensions for our CRM and xRM platform
• Analysis, debugging, and optimization of existing applications
• Development and maintenance of interfaces to external systems
• Support with technical concepts and the evaluation of requirements and efforts
• Execution of tests and participation in code reviews
• Active co-design and further development of existing solutions

Your Qualifications

• At least 3 years of practical experience in software development after completing your studies or vocational training
• You are comfortable in a full-stack environment and have a good understanding of front-end, back-end, and database topics
• Very good SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
• Proficient use of at least one modern programming language; knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript is advantageous
• APIs, interfaces, and system integrations are familiar territory for you
• Testing, debugging, and structured error analysis are part of your daily development routine
• You work in a structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented manner
• Initial experience with AI-supported development tools is advantageous, but not a prerequisite
• You enjoy understanding and further developing existing systems and pragmatically solving technical challenges
