Your Responsibilities:

  • Hospital Focus: Take on responsibility for challenging national and international hospital projects from the outset. Dive deep into complex issues, lead in-depth analyses, interpret findings, connect medical and economic contexts, and develop innovative solutions with your colleagues.
  • Consulting Diversity: Engage in projects that are not only analytically demanding but also create real impact on processes, structures, and healthcare delivery.
  • Varied Project Dimensions: Manage individual projects or lead entire programs within our diverse project landscape.
  • Teamwork at Eye Level: Collaborate closely with colleagues and professionals from nursing, medicine, and administration, and manage external partners as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • Clinical Leadership Experience: Several years in senior management positions within a hospital, providing firsthand knowledge of internal structures, processes, and decision-making pathways.
  • Analytical Acumen: Comfort with data, structured thinking, and the ability to effortlessly analyze complex interrelationships.
  • Change Management Experience: Proven experience in actively supporting or leading change processes, either as a project lead or a leader during organizational transformation.
  • Governance Understanding: Confidence in navigating committees, guidelines, and responsibilities, with a clear understanding of hospital organization.
  • Essential Prerequisites: Flexibility and willingness to travel are required.
