About the Role

As an Energy Transition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and planning heat pump installations, ensuring technical feasibility and high-quality execution. You will work at the intersection of regional craftsmanship and scalable software, contributing to an integrated energy system that optimizes energy usage based on availability and cost.

Your Position

• Evaluate heating load calculations for residential buildings to assess the feasibility of heat pumps, including creating hydraulic diagrams, sound insulation, and annual heat consumption (JAZ) calculations.
• Perform technical planning and visualization of heat pump systems using modern software tools to ensure correct technical assessment and feasibility.
• Ensure the highest quality standards on-site and conduct technical acceptance of systems with the customer.
• Support sales and order management with technical questions, feedback on implementation, and technical product training.
• Manage project documentation, including the recording, organization, and maintenance of technical specifications, installation reports, and other order-specific documents.
• Collaborate closely with expert teams from various disciplines for holistic energy planning.
• Regularly report to management on the status, quality metrics, challenges, and successes of ongoing projects.

Your Profile

• Strong "Customer First" mindset and enjoyment in supporting customers optimally.
• Completed master craftsman or technician training in the heating sector or a comparable qualification, e.g., in building services engineering.
• Experience in the technical planning of heat pumps, heating hydraulics, and conventional heating systems is advantageous.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, coupled with enthusiasm for technical topics.
• High reliability, sense of responsibility, and a passion for the energy transition.
