Your Responsibilities

• Evaluation of heating load calculations for residential buildings to assess the feasibility of heat pumps, including the creation of hydraulic diagrams, sound insulation, and annual heat generation calculations.
• Technical planning and visualization of heat pump systems using modern software tools to ensure correct technical capture and feasibility.
• Ensuring the highest quality standards on-site and conducting technical acceptance of systems with the customer.
• Supporting sales and order management with technical questions, providing feedback on implementation, and conducting technical product training.
• Project documentation, including capturing, organizing, and maintaining technical specifications, installation reports, and other order-specific documents.
• Close collaboration with expert teams from various disciplines for holistic energy planning.
• Regular reporting to management on the status, quality metrics, challenges, and successes of ongoing orders.

Your Profile

• A strong "Customer First" mindset and a passion for supporting customers in the best possible way.
• Completed master craftsman or technician training in the heating sector or a comparable qualification, e.g., in building services engineering.
• Experience in the technical planning of heat pumps, heating hydraulics, and conventional heating systems is advantageous.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, along with enthusiasm for technical topics.
• High reliability, sense of responsibility, and a passion for the energy transition.
