Responsibilities

• Technical consultation for our customers
• Calculation of service offers
• Order negotiation for offers
• Creation of service documentation
• Technical support for material procurement
• Interface between customer and dispatch
• Cost responsibility in order processing
• Order billing
• Assistance in key account management

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Further training as a master craftsman or technician in heating or process engineering is desirable
• Professional experience in plant engineering is desirable
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Office programs
• Independent working style, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
• Organizational talent and flexibility
• Willingness to perform, reliability, and resilience
• Driver's license class B
