As a Social Media Manager, you will take on a central role in the marketing team, acting as the interface between the brand, the brand & content team, and the community. You will significantly shape how 6PM appears on social channels, ensuring consistency across platforms and maintaining a clear, distinct brand voice. If you have a knack for trends, storytelling, and strong content, understand social media dynamics, and want to noticeably advance the reach and community of a growing streetwear brand, then this is the right place for you.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management and continuous upkeep of social media channels (including Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
- Development, maintenance, and management of the editorial and posting schedule across all channels.
- Maintenance and updating of highlights, pinned posts, bio links, and link lists.
- Close coordination with the Brand and Design team for the creation and publication of assets, and briefing for required content.
- Monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth) with regular reporting.
- Observing trends, formats, and platform updates and translating them into suitable content ideas.
- Ensuring a meaningful and consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Community Management: Timely and brand-appropriate responses to comments and messages, as well as proactive interaction to activate the community.
- Support for social media aspects of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal drops.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial relevant professional experience in social media, ideally within a brand, agency, or the e-commerce/fashion sector.
- Very good understanding and experience with relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp), including their formats, mechanics, and best practices.
- Experience with analysis and reporting tools, and a good sense for relevant KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of content preparation (cropping, simple image and video editing).
- Excellent command of language and confident, brand-appropriate text skills in German and English.
- Strong sense of trends and a genuine interest in fashion and social media.
