In the Deal Structuring & Pricing team at Accenture Germany, you are the crucial link between strategy and contract closing. Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis

  • Create comprehensive financial models, from project costs and client pricing to P&L statements and balance sheets.
  • Conduct targeted 360° analyses to identify, quantify, and address risks and opportunities for clients, Accenture, and other stakeholders.

Compliance, Standards & Interdisciplinary Collaboration

  • Ensure correct documentation according to US GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards in close coordination with our accounting experts.
  • Optimize transactions from a tax and contractual perspective in close collaboration with Legal and Tax teams.

Deal Approval & Presentation

  • Prepare financial documentation ready for decision-making for internal approval committees.
  • Present financial scenarios at eye level with C-level executives – persuasively, to the point, and with direct influence on negotiation strategy and contract design.

Strategic Steering & Risk Escalation

  • Identify risks early, escalate proactively on critical deals, and provide constructive suggestions for transaction optimization – always with a view to the big picture.

Client Interaction

  • As part of the commercial team, participate in coordinating commercial aspects with the client – such as pricing assumptions, contract terms, or risk distribution – thereby supporting the team's negotiation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (or equivalent qualification), ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Mathematical Economics, plus at least 6 years of professional experience in a comparable role (e.g., management consulting, M&A, auditing, or corporate finance), including responsibility for complex projects.
  • Experience in direct client communication and commercial negotiations – you feel comfortable representing pricing arguments and presenting compromises at eye level.
  • Outstanding financial modeling skills, especially in Excel, as well as familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for enhancing efficiency in analysis and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured working style, combined with fluent English and native-level or C2 German language skills.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, confident C-level stakeholder management, as well as self-responsibility, curiosity, and team spirit – you actively shape things, rather than just implementing.
