Your Role (Aufgaben)

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Recruiting, you will support our team in attracting the right talent for our company. We recruit nationwide for around 20 locations – giving you exciting insights into different specialist areas and markets. You will be gradually integrated into the entire recruiting process and gradually take on tasks independently. This way, you can apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies directly in practice and gain valuable experience in the HR field.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Support in the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring.
• Creation and publication of job advertisements on various recruiting platforms.
• Maintenance and administration of applications in the applicant management system.
• Support with active sourcing, e.g., via Stepstone or Xing.
• Scheduling and preparation of interviews.
• Participation in interviews and gradual independent conduct of initial conversations.
• Communication with candidates (m/f/d).
• Support with administrative tasks in daily business.
• Contribution to the optimization of recruiting processes and tools.

Your Profile (Qualifikation)

• You are currently enrolled (e.g., in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a comparable degree program).
• Recruiting and personnel acquisition genuinely interest you.
• You are proficient with digital tools and have good IT affinity.
• Your working style is characterized by structure, diligence, and reliability.
• As a bonus, you have an interest and passion for social media – not a must!
• You enjoy handling organizational and administrative tasks with a good overview.
• You can keep track of multiple parallel topics and prioritize effectively.
• You possess a good degree of self-organization and resilience.
• You are friendly, clear, and communicative in your interactions with others.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
