About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist / Personnel Clerk (m/f/d) to take on a central role in our HR department. If you are a passionate HR professional eager to standardize and develop personnel processes, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize operational HR tasks, including personnel planning, recruiting, personnel administration, and preparatory payroll.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for management and team leaders on all HR-related matters.
  • Support the digitalization of the HR department, including document management and digital HR processes.
  • Bring structure to HR topics and further develop our HR standards.
  • Organize, coordinate, and document HR meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners such as tax advisors and law firms.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, further education, or a degree in HR/Personnel or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Very good knowledge of labor law, contract law, social security, and tax law.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting, personnel administration, and ideally personnel controlling.
  • Interest in digital HR processes and the development of structures.
  • A structured, precise, and self-directed way of working.
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Very good IT skills, e.g., MS Office, DATEV, or comparable systems.
  • Italian language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
