About the Role

This position will support key day-to-day processes including: technical IT support for software and hardware, configuring Windows, Linux, and Apple computers with the latest software, and assisting with various upgrades across the Anduril tech fleet. You will also support the maintenance of Anduril’s inventory and asset management program.

What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware.
  • Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system.
  • Identify persistent problems and recurring failures, escalating them to team leads and engineering teams.
  • Support Windows, Linux, and Apple computers, configuring systems to ensure the latest software updates, device management, and the Anduril security stack are installed for each endpoint.
  • Manage inventory and asset tracking for all endpoint hardware.
  • Provide support and license administration for end-user software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Lucid, Matlab, etc.
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
  • Identify and create knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT.
  • Assist with ongoing operational improvements and implementation projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical service desk role.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue.
  • Must be able to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
  • Must be able to travel if necessary.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or Service-Now.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Jamf, Intune, Workspace One, etc.).
  • Experience with Zoom and related video conferencing hardware.
  • Experience with Okta or other similar IAM tools.
  • Experience in a Zero Trust/BeyondCorp environment.

Compensation & Benefits

US Salary Range: $60,000—$78,000 USD

The salary range provided is an estimate based on various compensation factors, including base salary only. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, critical skills, and business considerations.
