About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Purchaser with Team Lead responsibilities to join the team at the earliest possible date. Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three.
• Prepare and send inquiries based on requirements from Sales and Engineering, prepare procurement documents, and collaborate closely with involved departments.
• Maintain and strategically develop existing supplier relationships.
• Monitor the procurement market, identify optimization potentials, and support the bundling of demands.
• Evaluate offers, negotiate conditions, and conduct annual price negotiations with suppliers.
• Actively contribute to shaping processes and structures alongside operational purchasing, bringing your ideas for the continuous development of the purchasing department.
• Actively support the ongoing ERP system transition and the optimization of purchasing workflows.

Your Profile

• Completed university degree or a commercial/technical apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on purchasing.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience and technical expertise in plant construction.
• Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor.
• Good technical understanding.
• Negotiation-level English language skills.
• Structured, analytical, and self-reliant work approach.
