What Awaits You (Responsibilities)

• Full Stack Development: You will be involved in the entire development cycle of our financial platform – from the initial architectural idea to the go-live of web applications.
• Feature Engineering & AI: You will learn how to develop innovative features around stock trading and how modern AI tools are used to write smart and efficient code.
• System Optimization: You will support and develop our financial platform in the front and back end and optimize all internal company processes and algorithms.
• Agile Work & Impact: In a dynamic startup environment, you will actively shape our Scrum process – from planning to retrospective. You will immediately see how your code influences the wealth accumulation of our customers.

Your Profile (Qualifications)

We assume that you want to be an expert in your field and are ready to continuously develop yourself – even with challenging tasks, you find quick solutions and impress with strong ideas.

• Tech DNA & Enthusiasm: Programming is more than just a buzzword for you. You have built your own projects with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, HTML5, CSS.
• Hands-on Mentality: You are eager to tackle things. Even if you get stuck, you independently look for solutions and show initiative.
• Thirst for Learning & Ownership: You want to continuously develop yourself, take responsibility for your learning progress, and grow quickly in our high-performance team.
• Languages: Your German is at a good conversational level (at least B2). Your English is good for conversations.
