About the Role

K-tronik is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (m/f/x) to join their expert team. This is a permanent position focused on driving service excellence within the metrology sector. Responsibilities

  • Manage and negotiate service contracts, ensuring SLA fulfillment and controlling/escalating subcontractor performance.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, conduct performance and cost analyses, and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Perform strategic resource planning for complex projects, identify bottlenecks, and conduct risk analyses with action planning.
  • Manage project-related customer relationships, conduct regular reviews, gather feedback, and develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical service, ensuring proactive and goal-oriented communication internally and externally.
  • Implement and monitor processes, lead workshops, and drive initiatives to reduce incidents.

Qualifications

  • Technical or business administration degree or equivalent education.
  • Several years (ideally >3-5 years) of experience in project/service management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills for collaboration with clients and internal interfaces.
  • Experience with performance evaluations and cross-departmental coordination of action items.
  • Proficiency in analyzing KPIs, creating strategic reports, and deriving improvement measures.
  • High customer and service orientation, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and intercultural sensitivity.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
