Agentic Innovation Developer - Werkstudent (m/w/d)

About the Role

RoX Health is looking for an Agentic Innovation Developer (Werkstudent m/f/d) to join their team. You will support technical initiatives, optimize and automate internal processes, and drive the development of their internal AI platform. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn and solve problems in the digital health and AI space.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the further development of AI-supported solutions for startup scouting, venture intelligence, and innovation management.
• Research, identify, and evaluate innovative startups, technologies, and market trends in Digital Health and Artificial Intelligence.
• Contribute to the development of Agentic AI workflows for automating research, analysis, and innovation processes.
• Participate in the development of scalable AI applications and platforms across the full technology stack (backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, data management, automation).
• Develop and evaluate new approaches in data-driven innovation and automated venture discovery.
• Analyze and structure company, market, and technology data to support strategic innovation decisions.
• Identify and implement automation potential to increase the efficiency and scalability of innovation processes.
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and quality requirements when working with AI-supported systems.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving; expertise not required, but a willingness to learn and tackle challenges is essential.
• Basic programming experience (object-oriented programming and Git are a plus).
• Interest in or studies related to IT or digital health.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Interest in IT security, data protection (GDPR), and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

• First Interview: 20-30 minutes with Jonas and Jan to discuss interests and role specifics.
• Challenge & Presentation: A small task to solve within 1-2 days, followed by a presentation to Jonas.
