We are UT! As a sales partner for Gates Carbon Drive and Bosch eBike Systems, we are THE experts in bicycle drive technology in Europe and beyond. Our 39 employees supply and support over 1,000 bicycle manufacturers, dealers, and brands worldwide daily. This year, we aim to grow even further and expand our team in Mühlhausen. Your Tasks:

• Provide telephone support to our customers (specialist dealers & manufacturers) regarding questions and issues related to bicycle drives.
• Assist with customer training sessions, participate in major events and trade fairs in the bicycle industry (e.g., Eurobike), and have the option to develop into field service roles.
• Process warranty returns, inspect components, and decide on replacement deliveries, credit notes, or returns.

Your Profile:

• You have a technical education or degree (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Bicycle Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Mechanical Engineering – university dropouts also welcome!).
• You love bikes as much as we do!
• You have good Office skills.
• You possess solid English language skills.
