Approximately 55 team members work at our plant, primarily communicating in Italian and German.

We are seeking to expand our success with your contribution! Join our Human Resources (Risorse Umane) / General Secretariat (Segreteria Generale) department in Berlin-Tempelhof starting as soon as possible or by mutual agreement.

As the primary point of contact for our employees, you will significantly contribute to fostering a positive and intercultural work environment.

  • Assist with recruitment and other HR processes.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks (working hours, record keeping, certificates).
  • Perform administrative tasks for the secretariat (switchboard, visitor management, communication).
  • Organize training sessions, appointments, and meetings.

  • Ideally, hold a completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Proficiency in Italian and German is required; English is a plus.
  • Possess initial professional experience in the HR field.
  • Basic knowledge of German labor law is desirable.
  • Proficient user of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and friendliness in interactions with employees, applicants, and contacts.
