Your Tasks

  • Steer and further develop quality-relevant processes within our practice locations.
  • Ensure ongoing QM operations in our centers and support practices, particularly in hygiene, radiology, technology, and repairs.
  • Analyze quality problems, derive measures, and ensure their sustainable implementation.
  • Conduct internal audits, document results, and consistently follow up on defined measures.
  • Prepare for and accompany external audits.
  • Continuously develop our QM manual and existing quality standards.
  • Document practice processes and ensure transparent and comprehensible structures.
  • Create key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze developments, and derive recommendations for action.
  • Collaborate closely with practice teams, practice management, central functions, Head of QM, and management.
  • Coordinate and support team members within Quality Management on operational and organizational matters.
  • Prospectively support quality-relevant topics within our pediatric locations.

Your Profile

  • Completed apprenticeship, further training, or comparable qualification in Quality Management, Healthcare, or Process Management – ideally in the dental or medical field.
  • Solid understanding of QM systems, audits, and process control.
  • Experience in analyzing and developing operational processes.
  • Ability to pragmatically balance quality, time, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
  • Good knowledge of dealing with authorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Possession of a driver's license and willingness to regularly support our practice locations within North Rhine-Westphalia.
