Why We're Hiring

Support the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of ESG, governance, compliance, and procurement-related risks across the organization. The role helps embed responsible procurement practices, strengthen control effectiveness, and ensure alignment with the enterprise risk management framework, sustainability objectives, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of ESG, compliance, operational, and supplier-related risks.
  • Conduct supplier due diligence, including ESG, ethical, and third-party risk checks.
  • Track mitigation actions and follow up on overdue items to support timely closure.
  • Provides regular updates & reporting on the Procurement Risk Register.
  • Support audits, assurance reviews, and governance forums through accurate documentation and audit trails.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of ESG and risk awareness communications and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with procurement, legal, compliance, sustainability, and business stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen ESG data quality, controls, and reporting.

What You'll Need

  • Proficient in ESG, responsible procurement, and supplier risk management principles.
  • Understanding of risk assessment, controls, governance, and compliance processes.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining risk registers or trackers.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and third-party due diligence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.
  • Experience supporting audits, reviews, or governance forums is advantageous.
  • Experience using Nexus Diligence is advantageous.
