About the Role
We are seeking a visionary creative leader with extensive experience in building platform-native content strategies for organic social, primarily on Instagram and TikTok, with proficiency across other channels. You will possess the ability to provide detailed tactical feedback on content elements like statics, hooks, pacing, captions, and edit structure, while understanding the strategic balance between brand world-building, content systems, and organic distribution. Ideally, you are a Social or Creative Strategist by trade, with a background in Content Creation, Video Editing, or Community-Led Growth. Your focus will be on capturing earned attention and building owned channels that drive audience growth, affinity, and revenue. You will work within our Organic Social and/or Performance Creative services, leveraging our AI-powered capabilities for brands seeking exceptional creative engagement. This role is for individuals eager to be at the forefront of social-first creative and AI in marketing, joining a team committed to fostering the best creative content culture in the industry. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Team for content output, our Social Commerce team for creator and UGC content briefs, and our Paid Media team to identify organic successes suitable for paid amplification. Your work will serve as the primary touchpoint for the brands we represent.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, AI, and platform fluency, adept at combining bold visual storytelling with data-informed content decisions. Reporting to the Director of Creative, you will lead Designers and Editors in executing organic assets across various formats, including statics, GIFs, short-form video, carousels, motion graphics, Stories, and creator content. Your contributions will directly impact client growth through high-volume native content delivery, elevated creative direction, and data-backed content frameworks.
This is a fully remote role operating in the EST Time Zone, with all business conducted 100% in English.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
- Organic Content Strategy: Lead high-tempo content strategy and direction for full-funnel organic programs, typically focusing on Instagram and TikTok. Own content pillars, editorial calendars, creative direction, and the end-to-end briefing process.
- Short Form Video Expert: Provide expert advice, concepts, directions, and briefs to drive audience growth and product sales through native short-form video.
- Community and Brand Voice: Own each brand’s social voice and presence. Direct community management, trend response, and the rapid-turnaround content crucial for maintaining brand relevance in the feed.
- Data Analysis: Translate client brand strategies and platform data into clear, compelling content concepts, leveraging metrics such as hook retention, watch time, completion rate, engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth, and comment sentiment. Adapt content proactively to improve these metrics.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Brief Designers and Editors on asset creation, including short-form video, carousels, Stories, motion graphics, and storyboards. Be prepared to utilize tools like Figma for layout adjustments or CapCut for editing as needed; this is not a strategy-only position.
- Executive Presentation: Present content strategies and creative work to stakeholders and clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale.
- Performance Iteration: Monitor platform data and social listening in collaboration with the team to inform content iterations and enhance results. Identify high-performing organic content suitable for paid promotion.
- Team Building: Establish processes, systems, and content frameworks to elevate quality and speed. Continuously refine our Organic Social service to ensure scalability without compromising rigor as volume increases.
