The Role: Bring Our Story to Life

Are you ready to create content that captivates audiences? As our Creative Content Producer, you will be the engine behind our social and digital content strategy. This is a high-output, fast-moving role where you'll shoot, edit, animate, and package compelling ideas into platform-native content that drives engagement. You'll transform webinars into highlight reels, capture live event moments, and collaborate with customers to tell their stories effectively across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

What You'll Do

  • Own social-first content end-to-end: Develop short-form video, motion graphics, carousels, and social graphics for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Support the full marketing calendar: Create content for product launches, demand generation campaigns, customer stories, event highlights, webinar wrap-ups, and explainer videos.
  • Move fast without sacrificing quality: Deliver high-quality content within tight 48-hour turnarounds.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively identify and integrate emerging platform trends, algorithm changes, accessibility standards, and new formats.
  • Manage your own pipeline: Oversee content creation from brief intake to final delivery, maintaining organization and efficiency.
  • Build content infrastructure: Maintain a well-organized asset and footage library, including our extensive archive of aerial imagery.
  • Show up for live moments: Provide on-site support for events, including filming, interviewing, and same-day editing.
  • Use AI tools confidently: Leverage AI to scale production efficiently while maintaining creative quality.

What You'll Bring

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in video production, content creation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing short-form video, social content, and animation across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Comfort with fast turnarounds and brief-driven work, demonstrating the ability to interpret direction and deliver independently.
  • Experience capturing and editing live or event content is highly regarded.

Skills:

  • Expertise in video editing and post-production, transforming raw footage into polished, platform-ready content.
  • Proficiency in creating motion graphics and animation that enhance on-brand messaging.
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities, capable of hooking audiences quickly and landing messages in short formats.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific nuances: aspect ratios, optimal lengths, trending formats, and performance drivers.
  • A strong design sensibility, even under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple briefs and deadlines.
  • Data awareness: Ability to interpret basic engagement metrics and use them to inform future content creation.

  • Figma for light graphic design and template work.
  • Photography or videography skills for events and product shoots.
