About the Role

The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. You will manage diverse projects, including new product launches, large-scale application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process engineering, and infrastructure upgrades. This individual contributor role requires strong leadership and influencing capabilities to manage matrixed teams, adhering to organizational project standards aligned with industry best practices. Proven experience with full-scale ERP implementations is essential.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Brwinów / Warsaw office.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering strategic initiatives.
• Ensure end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit.
• Direct large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners.
• Manage business, operational, and IT deliverables for one or more initiatives.
• Oversee the entire project life cycle and collaborate with IT partners on all SDLC phases.

Qualifications

Required:

• 7 to 10 years of IT Project Management Experience in a Multinational Company.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
• PMP/PRINCE 2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification Required.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively with solid influencing skills and strong presentation capabilities.
