Building Services Technician (m/f/d)

Our partner company in Munich is looking for a skilled Building Services Technician (Haustechniker) to ensure the technical upkeep and smooth operation of their properties. This role is vital for maintaining building systems and ensuring a high standard of service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take on the technical support and monitoring of building management systems across various properties.
  • Control and monitor systems in electrical, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) using modern building automation technology.
  • Accompany maintenance and repair measures, ensuring uninterrupted system operation.
  • Coordinate external service providers and supervise the professional execution of technical services.
  • Support modernization and renovation projects, particularly in measurement, control, and regulation (MSR) technology.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training, e.g., as an Automation Technology Electronics Technician (Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik), Energy and Building Technology Electronics Technician (Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik), Mechatronics Technician (Mechatroniker), or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the support, maintenance, or repair of building management systems.
  • Good knowledge of electrical, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology, with basic knowledge of sanitary systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner; a valid driver's license (Class B) is required.
