🚩 Roles & Responsibilities: Customer Success Manager (MRI x AI)

This position is crucial for maximizing customer business value and satisfaction through the implementation support of our proprietary product (SwiftMR) and optimization of MRI imaging parameters. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial setup and troubleshooting to nurturing partners and collaborating with our Seoul headquarters and sales teams, guiding customers from trial to paid contracts and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Technical Support:
  • New Implementations: Install the product (Gateway PC) for new clients and establish connections with MRI and PACS systems.
  • Image Quality & Protocol Optimization: Adjust MRI imaging parameters to reduce scan times and enhance image quality.
  • Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to inquiries regarding product usage and resolve any image quality issues or system malfunctions.
  • Customer & Partner Enablement:
  • Promote Utilization: Provide ongoing training and support to help customers maximize product benefits.
  • Partner Development: Train channel partners (distributors) on installation and parameter configuration.
  • Drive Contract Conversion & Renewal: Foster customer satisfaction to drive transitions from trial to paid contracts and renewals.
  • Internal & Global Collaboration:
  • Sales (BD) Alignment: Prioritize the sales pipeline and develop renewal strategies in collaboration with regional managers.
  • HQ (Seoul) Liaison: Coordinate new version rollouts and escalate customer requests and technical challenges to HQ.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with domestic and international team members on issue resolution and contribute to creating manuals and procedures.

🎯 Requirements: Qualifications

  • Experience with MRI vendors or certification as a Magnetic Resonance Technologist (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of responsibility to see tasks through to completion.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and product updates.
  • Fluent in Japanese and comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically within Japan (including regional areas).

ℹ️ Employment Details

  • Work Location: Full remote (relocation may be possible).
  • Compensation:
  • Target Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 (Annual salary system).
  • Salary Structure: Annual salary paid in installments.
  • Includes: 30 hours of fixed overtime allowance per month (additional payment for hours exceeding this).
  • Bonuses: Paid annually.
  • Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Standard working hours: 8 hours) / Flextime system in place.
  • Break Time: 60 minutes.
  • Holidays: Complete 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays), Golden Week, National Holidays.
  • Annual Paid Leave: 10-20 days (minimum days granted after 6 months of employment).
  • Overtime: Applicable (includes a deemed overtime of 30 hours).
  • Employment Type: Regular Employee (Indefinite contract).
  • Probationary Period: 3 months.
