This position is crucial for maximizing customer business value and satisfaction through the implementation support of our proprietary product (SwiftMR) and optimization of MRI imaging parameters. You will manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial setup and troubleshooting to nurturing partners and collaborating with our Seoul headquarters and sales teams, guiding customers from trial to paid contracts and renewals.
