About Canvia

Canvia is seeking an experienced Service Desk Support Specialist with a service orientation and a desire for continuous growth within a leading digital transformation company.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

  • Provide remote support to users via phone calls and remote control tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve first-level incidents: hardware, software, access, connectivity, and corporate applications.
  • Register, manage, and track all cases received via telephone and web channels until resolution.
  • Escalate cases requiring specialized attention promptly, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Document each case in the ITSM tool, detailing the diagnosis, actions taken, and solution applied.
  • Guide users on the use of technological tools and best practices.

What Profile We're Looking For:

  • Graduate (technical) in Computer Engineering, Systems, Informatics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Service Desk or Help Desk support.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Office 365.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory: user and access management.
