About the Role

As a GDS Specialist at Exoticca’s Flight Operations team, you are responsible for assisting our travel operations teams with daily tasks, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle and support Travel Operations tasks (Flight changes, Cancellations requests, Refunds process)
• Manage, escalate, and follow up on GDS issues and cases.
• Deal with negotiated rates and advanced refunds in GDS.
• Work directly with our land suppliers for pre & post-booking requests.
• Support customers in destination with emergency issues using different contact channels.

Requirements

• Fluent communication in English (additional languages like French/Spanish are considered).
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus Flights / GDS.
• Proven experience dealing with negotiated fares and commissions in GDS.
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• High flexibility and schedule adaptation: you will work in rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Based in Spain.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support in the Travel industry, preferably including flights.
• Proven record in fast-growing environments.
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and a fast-learning attitude.
